Exercise Physiologist

Working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Evolve Health, I am passionate about the value of exercise as medicine and prescribing evidence-based exercise to people of all ages, fitness level and needs.


Staying generally active and participating in an exercise program can help with both symptom management of menopause and long-term health outcomes. The fall in oestrogen levels are responsible for many of the symptoms associated with menopause, and exercise can help with improved symptom management. Exercise can also help improve long-term health outcomes such as maintaining bone mineral density, reducing cardiovascular risk factors and maintaining a healthy weight range.


At Evolve Health there are many different ways you can start to develop a progressive and regular strength and fitness program. Depending on your experience and fitness level, individual, small or larger group exercise sessions are available. The friendly community and inclusive nature of our gym space is something we pride ourselves on.
